Kickstart 1 on 1 Coaching Session

The purpose of the one-on-one coaching session is to get to know you and your unique goals, to determine the best path to success, and to show you what Momentum is all about.

During your intro session you will receive:

  • 60 min, in-person, 1 on 1 personal training session
  • Meet with a Coach and tour our studio
    • Learn about our unique training methodology and how we help our members transform their health, fitness, and lifestyle in record time.
  • Proper Bike fitting, set up, positioning and bike operation
  • Functional Movement and Lifestyle assessment
  • Baseline fitness assessment
    • Understand your metrics: Work to Rest
    • Power threshold (FTP)
    • Distance challenge
  • 15 min Coach-guided Hybrid Cycle & Strength Workout
  • Understand your metrics: know if you’re meeting your goals
  • Decide for yourself if it makes sense for us to work together
