Find Your Ride: Momentum Cycle’s Signature Classes
At Momentum Cycle, we offer three signature class types, each designed to challenge, motivate, and meet you where you are in your fitness journey. Whether you're looking to push your limits, build endurance, or perfect your form, we have the perfect ride for you.
🚴 Momentum – Ride Hard, Ride Strong
Our signature class, Momentum, delivers an exhilarating mix of rolling hill climbs, fast-paced sprints, and high-intensity intervals that mimic real-world cycling conditions. Designed to ignite your metabolism and elevate your fitness, this class pushes you to find your competitive edge—whether you're a seasoned rider or new to the bike. With the energy of the room, the power of the music, and the motivation of our expert instructors, you'll leave feeling stronger, faster, and more accomplished after every ride.
🔥 Endurance – Train Smart, Go the Distance
Want to build serious stamina? Endurance is all about mental and physical strength, using progressive intervals and resistance challenges to simulate long, mountainous climbs. With a focus on controlled effort, mindful breathing, and live data tracking, you’ll work through Zones 2-5 to develop a strong aerobic base and lasting endurance. This class is for anyone looking to boost their cardiovascular fitness, break through training plateaus, and take their performance to the next level.
⚡ Baseline – Learn the Basics, Build Your Foundation
New to indoor cycling or looking to refine your form? Baseline is the perfect place to start. This class focuses on steady, mindful movements with moderate climbs and longer intervals in Zones 2-3, plus brief pick-ups into Zones 4+. With the leaderboard off, it’s all about how the ride feels—no competition, just confidence-building. Whether you're easing into cycling, focusing on technique, or need an active recovery day, this class offers the perfect balance of structure and flow.

Questions? We (probably) have the answers!
How do I get started?
Do you have parking?
There is a parking lot at the rear of the building at 1 Broadway. Drive down Sunnyside Ave and park in that lot, or find street parking on Broadway or Sunnyside Ave.
What if I've never done an indoor cycling class?
Our staff is here to help! We'll get you oriented to the bike, teach you the positions, techniques, and how hard to work. The great thing about cycling is you just have to show up and hop on the bike.
How early should I arrive before class time?
Our doors open 20 minutes before the class start time, we'd reccommend you arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. You'll be required to change shoes, check in, and if it's your first class the coach will walk you through bike setup.
Do I have to reserve my spot in advance?
We allow walk-ins if there is a spot available in the class. If you are going to try to walk in, be sure to arrive 15 minutes early to register for your bike, sign your waiver, and change your shoes.
